As stated in the October 9, 2007 Stakeholders Meeting, our purpose of these meetings is to do a 4-year review of our Chapter 453 rules.
Our tentative calendar for this rule review/revision process is:

2nd stakeholder meeting on October 31 (details above)
draft rule revisions available on our website by January 2008
3rd stakeholder meeting in February 2008, to review the draft rules and informally address issues before moving forward with them as proposed rules
to present them to the DSHS Advisory Council at the June 18/19, 2008 meeting.
