Fax Reservations

Using the fax (PDF) forms: When using the forms, tab over or click in fields to fill in the blanks.

If you are having trouble with the form, go here for information or to upgrade to the latest version of Acrobat Reader.

Make reservations for campsites and shelters 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, up to 11 months in advance (333 days).

At least 4 business days (i.e., Monday through Friday) before your requested arrival date, complete the form and fax it to (512) 389-8959.
We will process your request by the end of the second business day following your request.
If your request is available, a reservation agent will call you for your Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit card number.
We will attempt to call you 3 times for confirmation and payment. If all 3 attempts are unsuccessful, you will be notified via fax as to the status of your reservation.
If your request is not available, you will be notified by return fax.
Reservation requests received more than 333 days in advance will be returned with no action taken.

PDF Fax Cancellation Basics

At least 4 business days (i.e., Monday through Friday) before your requested arrival date, complete the form and fax it to (512) 389-8959.
We will process your cancellation request before the end of next business day.
You will be notified via fax that the cancellation has been made.
If any refund is due, it will be credited to your credit card (or mailed if you paid by check).
There is a fee charged for all cancellations.

Cancellation Requests must be received at least 4 business days (i.e., Monday through Friday) prior to arrival in order to allow time for processing.
