Dorothy Flores' responsibilities include directing the development, support and maintenance of the UNT System's shared software applications including the PeopleSoft ERP system, BlackBoard Learning Management System, the ImageNow document imaging and management system and two dozen applications. .

The Strategic Services division is responsible for Portfolio and Project Management for ITSS. The staff of Strategic Services work directly with customers to request IT enhancements through the IT governance process.

Charlotte Russell's responsibilities include management of enterprise IT policy and strategic planning, risk assessment, information security management programs, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, vendor and contract management services, communications, marketing, and professional development services, software licensing, information services and resource support, accessibility programs, and State of Texas initiative analysis and reporting.
