North Texas Athletics Hall of Fame
Cecil Jerden lettered four years in track from 1927 to 1931, setting several conference and national records in the low and high hurdle events during his career. He broke the collegiate mark for the 120-yard high hurdles in 1931 and won conference titles in the low and high hurdles in 1928.
