The Consumer Experience Management program prepares graduates for a new standard in meeting customer’s expectations and engagement with products and services. Graduates of this program will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, data analytics, and digital applications that offer insights and strategies for differentiated consumer experiences that are so complete they create loyal advocates for businesses and brands. Major consumer product segments include food, beverage, apparel, home, fashion, beauty, health and wellness, automotive, sporting, media, and electronics. Retail, hospitality, travel, tourism, media, entertainment, sports, and events are examples of consumer services. 

Students in Consumer Experience Management may select either one or two interdisciplinary concentrations ranging from 15 to 33 hours each that reflect their personal career interests and to complete degree requirements.
