How to Register
Becoming a registered user of Colorado.gov is easy; just follow these simple steps:
- Complete the Registration Agreement and mail to:

Denver, CO 80202 - The annual Colorado.gov registration fee is $75. Attach a $75 check / money order, or include a credit card number on the completed Registration Agreement.
- Review the Terms and Conditions and retain for your records.
Service Specific Addendums
In addition to the Registration Agreement, certain online services require additional forms and approvals as detailed below.
Motor Vehicle Driving Records
To access interactive driving records, there is an additional Agreement that must be completed.
There are three sections to the Agreement:
- The company must complete the User Agreement (pages 1-7).
- The company must complete Form A, the Intended Use Agreement (page 8).
- Every staff member intending to use this service must complete Form B, the Employee Intended Use Agreement (page 9). Please note: This will require printing multiple copies of this page if more than one member of staff intends to use this service.
- Complete Schedule A, page 12.
Driver Monitoring Interactive Service
To access interactive driver monitoring service, please complete Schedule B, (pages 13, 14) of the Agreement for Access to Drivers License and Motor Vehicle Records.
Auto Industry Sales Licenses
To access the Auto Industry Division’s Sales Licensing service, the Dealership Information Form must be completed.
Gambling Intercept Payment
To Access the Gabling Intercept Payment application, the Gambling Intercept Information Form must be completed. The Gambling Intercept Change form must be used for any and all changes once you are a registered user.
