NACDD Awards Arthritis Integrated Dissemination Project Grants
The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) recently awarded Arthritis Integrated Dissemination Project Grant funding to nine state health departments. The states that will receive this grant funding are Alaska, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, and New York. Arthritis Foundation Life Improvement Series Partnerships: Step-by-Step Guide
The Arthritis Foundation Life Improvement Series Partnerships: Step-by-Step Guide was created as part of an Infrastructure Improvement Project, a collaborative effort between the Arthritis Foundation (AF) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Arthritis Program, to improve the delivery of and expand the reach of evidence-based AF interventions.
