For its fourteen years the international specialized exhibition the Agriculture and Everything for It became a symbol for modern agriculture and center of attraction for many agro-companies and producers from all over the World.

The specialized exhibition The Agriculture and Everything for It is unique for the East-Bulgarian region. In 2005 in the forum were presented 344 companies from Bulgaria, Austria, Belarus, United Kingdom of Great Britain, Germany, Denmark, Israel, Spain, Italy, China, Korea, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia and Monte Negro, Turkey, Finland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Sweden and Japan.  The visitors came to see the novelties in the agriculture were more than 23 400.

For the first time this year the subjects elite animals, stock-breeding technique, veterinary mixtures and fodders will be detached in International Specialized Exhibition Agrovet, which will be held parallel with the International Specialized Exhibition The Agriculture and Everything for It.

1.  Show time and seminar

CS Sofia will invite a Purdue University graduate in agronomy who has farming experience, but most of all is a "Certified Crop Advisor" to present at a seminar during the international show Agra, May 2009 taking place in Plovdiv, Bulgaria

Topics to be covered: US Best Practices in soil testing, crop scouting, balanced fertility management, insect and pest management practices, weed control, chemical recommendations etc. and applicable US equipment, goods and technology

2. Outreach and international matchmaking

Invite ag.specialists from FCS Romania, Turkey and Greece to attend the seminar, visit the show and recruit US ag.machinery and technology companies in their respective countries for a catalogue show. 

3. Counseling

One-on-one meetings among seminar, catalogue show participants and US firms exhibiting

4. Roundtable discussion and compiling a summary minutes for the overall results

Regional ag.team members could identify new clients, benefit from the educational seminar and discussions

5. Matchmaking reception

To facilitate improvement of regional agriculture FCS specialists’ teamwork in aspect of EU enlargement under the auspices of “More EU means more US”.
