U.S. Education Opportunities (USEO) is a web link service for U.S. universities and colleges who are eager to recruit overseas students and/or to partner with local institutions to launch their degree courses. The U.S. Embassy issued over 1,100 student visas for the past 18 months, and there are currently more than 3,500 Bulgarian students studying in the United States.
