Boy Scouts of America & USCG Auxiliary Agreement Signed. On 23 February 2009, the USCG Auxiliary signed a Memorandum of Agreement to begin partner liaison with Boy Scouts of America. The Boating Department is developing an implementation strategy to make this a meaningful agreement between our two organizations.
