Appellate Court Affirms Decision On Checkpoint Stops
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has affirmed a lower court decision stating that a brief checkpoint stop at the park’s entrance aimed at preventing illegal hunting was reasonable under the Fourth Amendment.
