6/5/2009 New Pet Rules For Bernalillo County Start June 8th Bernalillo County’s new animal control ordinance and related fee structure will take effect Monday, June 8. While much of the 32-page document remains the same, there will be some important changes.
The Board of County Commissioners approved a new Animal Control Ordinance and Fee Structure at its December 9 administrative meeting. The ordinance and associated fees take effect June 8, 2009.
