PIF/CAR/DQR 
The PIF/CAR/DQR (Problem Identification Form/Corrective Action Report/Data Quality Report) data base is used by ARM project management to track problems and to report on data quality.
If you experience difficulties using the reporting forms listed below, you can send your report on or attachment to a problem with ARM data (PIF) to problems@arm.gov or a report on data quality (DQR) to dqr@arm.gov- Search
