U.S. Secretary of Education Rod Paige today joined Dr. Reyes Tamez, Mexico's Secretary of Education, Dr. Daniel González Spencer, Director General of International Relations, and Dr. Sylvia Ortega, Undersecretary for Educational Services in Mexico City, to announce that Hewlett Packard, Dell Mexico, and Toshiba will donate computers to Mexico City's public school system.(complete text)
