One of our most effective tools for helping Pakistani companies develop relationship with the U.S. exporters and investors is our U.S. Business Partner Service (USBPS).  This program enables you to become an active working partner with our office, as well as it provides you access to our trade and investment matching products and services.  Important too, your registration with USBPS bestows upon you invaluable business credibility, which has become a prerequisite to U.S. exporters’ readiness for transactions involving Pakistani firms.

The registration process is very simple.  The local company is required to make a non-refundable payment of US$50 and submit the attached questionnaire to the U.S. Commercial Service, Islamabad.  The Commercial Service staff will conduct a check on the company and confirm its existence and legitimacy.  This check may be conducted by way of a personal visit to the firm or through a third party source such as VeriCheck.  The Commercial Service may also contact the company’s bankers, accountants and other trade references as part of the background check.  The information shared by the local company will only be provided to prospective U.S. business partners or other relevant departments within the U.S. Embassy.  As part of our package deal, we will host the web link of the local company on our official web site for one year.  The registration will automatically expire after one year and will have to be renewed on an annual basis.
