Registration
On-line registration for the 20th National Conference on Chronic Disease
Prevention and Control is now closed.
There will be on-site registration for the conference at the Gaylord
National Convention Center at the conference registration booth. The on-site
registration will be available starting at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 23,
2009 and will continue to be available during registration hours of the
conference. If the conference does sell out we will post that information on
this page.
