The OCSPC utilizes subcommittees to look at issues
in-depth. The subcommittees report back to the full Committee. If their
report is acceptable to the full Committee, the report is sent to the
Secretary through the Director. In addition, the OCSPC
frequently provides advice to the Secretary through the Director in the
form of resolutions.
