Departmental Enforcement Center (DEC)

The Departmental Enforcement Center (DEC) focuses on assuring the highest standards of ethics, management and accountability in the resolution of HUD's troubled properties. The DEC is comprised of the Compliance Division, the Operations Division, five Satellite Offices, and receives legal support from HUD's Office of Program Enforcement.
