OAHP M2M Green Initiative

Did you know that on average, Americans spend 90% of their time indoors, yet the air in new homes can be ten times more polluted than outdoor air, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Children are particularly vulnerable when it comes to air pollution. A report in the New England Journal of Medicine states that 40% of children will develop respiratory disease, in part due to the chemicals in their homes. ." (From BuildItGreen.org

OAHP Transition Information

The materials include a joint memorandum from OAHP and Multifamily Housing to announce the new Office of Affordable Housing Preservation replacing OAHP including the organizational chart of the new office.  -   TPA Processing and Closing Docket Submission. OAHP recently completed research inot TPA processing practices (and its impact on submitting Closing Dockets). The research resulted in several improvements that OAHP believes will streamline the processing and improve delivery of the Closing Dockets. The zipped file contains the following documents: Memo describing improvements; revised Appendix D of the OPG; revised Chapter 8 of the OPG, Revised Modified TPA Approval Letter; New PAE Certification for Preliminary Full TPA Approval; and New PAE Certification for Final Full TPA Approval. (April 22, 2004) The Appendix D: TPA Tools was also updated. (April 27, 2004)
 -   M2M Portfolio Data Files (Excel and PDF Version):Various interested parties have requested that OAHP periodically provide information on M2M properties. In response to these requests, and based on discussions with interested parties, OAHP is making availablea data files with the following:
 -   M2M Completed Transactions through February 2, 2005. A compilation of publicly available data on closed debt restructures, completed Lites, completed Actions Other Than Closing, and completed rent reviews, that were completed through this date.
 -   M2M Pipeline Transactions As of February 2, 2005. A compilation of publicly available data on transactions in process under M2M, but not completed, as of this date.
