Report NWR transmitter outages (dead air) or failure to receive the weekly test (every Wednesday between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon) local time. Please provide the following information:

  • Transmitter call sign
  • Transmitter location
  • Date
  • Time
  • Problem
  • Receiver Type
  • Your name
  • Email address for follow up
  • Telephone number for follow up
