What Can You Send with Your Postage Meter? Your Postage Meter provides you with a convenient, easy way to print postage for all mail services except periodicals: • First-Class Mail® - Our standard service, fast and reliable. • Priority Mail® - Fast and affordable service that averages 2-3 days for delivery. • Express Mail® - Delivered to most locations overnight. • Package Services - A variety of ways to ship packages. • International Mail - Global delivery services for mailing or shipping. • Presorted First-Class Mail Services - Send 500 pieces or more and receive discounts. Postage Meters & Bulk Mailing Although you can use the same Postage Meter for all of your mail, you need to be aware of a few important details to use it for bulk mailings: • You must apply for a permit for bulk mailings. • There are special markings required for bulk mailings that can be applied with your Meter stamp. For more information, please consult Using Postage Meters for Bulk Mail. Ways to Pay for Postage When Using a Postage Meter Meter providers offer a variety of methods for you to choose from. The United States Postal Service®, under its Postage Now™ program, offers various electronic funds transfer methods. Postage Meter Payment options: • Transfer money from your bank with Federal Wire. • Automatic deduction from your bank with ACH Debit. • Choose which bank account to pay from with ACH Credit. Get a Postage Meter through our Authorized Providers: Postage Meters are only available from authorized providers. Look for your local representative in the Yellow Pages under "Mailing Equipment".
