When you choose the ACH Debit option, you get postage instantaneously, as you need it. As long as there’s money in your bank account, you can turn it into postage with funds withdrawn on the day after initiation.

Here’s how it works:
Once you setup a debit account, postage is only a phone call or a few keystrokes away. ACH Debit will debit your bank account electronically, and give you immediate access to postage. For PC Postage™, contact your PC Postage company and ask for PostageNow™ (specify ACH debit).

ACH Debit can be used for Permit Imprints
To use ACH Debit for Permit Imprints, you’ll need to set up a PostalOne! Postage Payment Account with us.

Instructions for PostalOne! Postage Payment Accounts:
1. Visit PostalOne! Postage Payment Accounts on the web or call the PostalOne! Postage Payment Accounts service center at (800) 522 - 9085.
2. Print a Debit Authorization form, or request one by phone.
3. Return the form with a voided check as per instructions.

Once your application is processed, postage is there when you need it!

ACH Debit can be used for Postage Meter resetting
Instructions for Meter Resetting:
Call your meter company and request PostageNow using ACH Debit. You’ll need to provide the following:
1. Bank routing transit number
2. Meter company bank account
3. A voided check
