Find Support

Support is essential to recovery. One of the most helpful things one person can say to (or hear from) another is “I’ve been there.” Depression and bipolar disorder can be isolating illnesses, but DBSA has many ways to help connect you with others who have been there as well.

DBSA offers both in-person and online support in several forms. View the links below or on the left to learn more about all of our support offerings.

And remember, one of the best things about support that it can go both ways.  You can also support others.  You don’t need any special qualification except an understanding of how a mood disorder feels.  You might be surprised how much it helps you to reach out to others in need.
