The Equal Opportunity and Counseling Office provides assistance to Fermilab managers to enhance minority recruitment, counsel employees, train staff and develop community partnerships as they relate to Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity. The Office also works with employees to resolve internal complaints and acts as liaison between the Laboratory and enforcement agencies to resolve externally filed complaints.
