This online application lets you complete, submit, and pay for a Private Pesticide Applicator License from
the Colorado Department of Agriculture. In order to complete the process, you must have passed
the Colorado Private Pesticide Applicator Exam and obtained a Private Applicator ID. To complete the issuance
of your private pesticide applicator license, the Colorado Department of Agriculture must receive a photocopy
of your identification pursuant to Rule 2.50 of the Rules and Regulations Pertaining to the Administration and
Enforcement of the Pesticide Applicators’ Act. Please fax or mail a photocopy of your driver’s license to
the department after making the payment:
