The Office of Compliance (OOC), an independent non-partisan agency established to administer and enforce the Congressional Accountability Act (CAA), is currently seeking a Management Analyst/Counselor. The successful applicant will be a self-starter with knowledge of workplace laws and strong interpersonal skills. Incumbent will manage special projects for the OOC; maintain official files of all formal and informal meetings with high-level agency stakeholders; provide advice and counseling to covered employees and employing offices; serve as a point of contact for employees, employing offices, representatives and mediators; and when appropriate, facilitate settlement agreements between parties to a dispute.
