Hotel Registration

A Conference Rate for attendees at WINS 2009 of $86 + taxes/night has been arranged at the Comfort Inn, 433 S. Rutgers Ave., Oak Ridge, TN 37830, for reservations with check-in/check-out between April 28th and May 2nd. The Comfort Inn is ~10-minute walk from the Pollard Conference Center.

Reservations for these rooms may be made until April 4th 2009 by either of the following methods:

The nearest airport to Oak Ridge is McGhee-Tyson Airport in Alcoa, which serves Knoxville and the surrounding area. A single person taxi journey from McGhee-Tyson airport to Oak Ridge costs (approximately) $60.
