Distance Learning Resources
The National Network of Libraries of Medicine (NN/LM) and others are working to provide distance learning solutions for network members, health professionals and the healthcare consumer. Technology is helping to overcome some of the barriers to both taking and providing classes and other educational opportunities. This page points to various distance learning opportunities.

Online Classes
In conjunction with the Medical Library Association (MLA), NN/LM is using Moodle to develop web-based instruction. Five online classes are taught by NN/LM Pacific Northwest Region (PNR) staff and other instructors in our region. Select the individual class for course descriptions and additional details. Watch for announcements of these and other online classes in the Dragonfly and on the Calendar of Regional and National Events.

RML Rendezvous

This section includes video tutorials about consumer health databases and websites from NLM and other RMLs. You will need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player in order to view some of them.
