The Defense Information System Network (DISN) provides interoperable dial-up, Internet protocol (IP), and dedicated subscriber services for point-to-point and multipoint video teleconferencing. In addition to connecting unclassified video teleconferencing facilities (VTF), DISN Video Services (DVS) can support up to, and including, Secret bridging requirements.
DISN Video Services are available to all Department of Defense (DoD) and, with Joint Staff approval, all federal government departments/agencies, as well as their contractors.
