  • March 12, 2009 a Federal Register Notice was published (Joint Request for Information and Notice of Public Meetings, March 12, 2009 (Volume 74, Number 47)).   • The Digital TV Converter Box Coupon Program funded 4.48 million coupons (cumulative), representing $179,200,000 of Recovery Act funds. To date, $48 million has been obligated, with another $76 million expected next week and the remainder the following week.
  • The Digital TV Converter Box Coupon Program Processed requests for 1.5 million coupons funded through Recovery Act
  • The Digital TV Converter Box Coupon Program initiated First Class mail delivery for coupons using Recovery Act funds

Webcast and/or transcripts of all public meetings will be made available on NTIA's Web site. Field Hearings will be held March 17, 2009 in Las Vegas, NV and March 18, 2009 in Flagstaff, AZ.
