Oh, I forgot. How does ESOL have a syllable more than ESL?
I've always heard ESOL pronounced as "E-SOL", which has two syllables, by
my count, whereas "ESL" when pronunced as the letters, not as an acronym,
has three. I've heard some people try to pronounce it as "E-SuL", but
it never sounded right.
