Any correspondence between the PRP and other parties about the work in progress at a site and/or negotiations.

50.03 Letters Relating to Problems with Consent Decree
Any correspondence including letters, memoranda, notes, and records or communications related to the Consent Decree, which is the legal document, approved and issued by a judge, that formalizes an agreement between EPA and PRPs where the PRPs will perform all or part of the site cleanup, or pay for the response costs.  The accrual Consent Decree is filed in Enforcement, Legal Documents (NL) phase.
