Camping
The Mount Rogers National Recreation Area includes a variety of campgrounds. The links on this page will take you to detailed information about the campground of your choice.
The Recreation Facility Table provides an overview of the campgrounds available and itemizes the facilities available at each campground. If you are undecided, start with the table and then check the details below once you have selected a campground.
Fees and opening/closing dates for all campgrounds and the rental houses are shown on a single Recreation Fee Schedule page.
In addition, to allow everyone a chance at the "favorite" campsites, a 21-day limit for camping on National Forest land is enforced.
