Casework involves an issue with a department or agency of the Federal government.  The Privacy Act of 1974 protects personal information.  Constituents must authorize the Congressman’s office to access personal information.  This authorization is obtained when a Privacy Waiver is completed, signed and returned to a District office.  Federal agencies cannot respond to the Congressman’s office without the completed and signed Privacy Waiver provided to the Congressman.

Evans/Augusta: Elbert, Wilkes, Lincoln, McDuffie, Columbia, Richmond
Athens: Jackson, Madison, Clarke, Oglethorpe, Greene, Morgan, Putnam, Oconee
Toccoa: Towns, Rabun, Habersham, Stephens, Banks, Franklin, Hart
