The Executive Resources Group provides a full range of services for senior executive service (SES), senior levels (SLs) and political appointees, which includes Presidential Appointees with Senate Approval, noncareer SES and Schedule C appointees. We consult and advise on: SES Recruitment, examination and selection processes, regulations and requirements. Additionally, we propose revisions or development of new SES policies, practices or programs as it relates to performance management policies, compensation, and financial recognition.
