BP Oil Company, Cleveland, Ohio, is being awarded a $27,575,717 fixed price
with economic price adjustment contract for low sulfur diesel, midgrade
gasoline, premium grade gasoline, regular unleaded gasoline, high sulfur
diesel, and burner oil fuel. Three hundred seventy-four proposals were
solicited and ninety-one were received. Work will be performed in various
locations throughout the Southeast, and is expected to be completed by March

AGF Direct Gas Sales, Inc., Manchester, New Hampshire, is being awarded a
$5,967,387 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for the delivery
of 2,810,598 dekatherms of direct supply natural gas. One hundred sixty-five
proposals were solicited and thirteen were received. Work is expected to be
completed by March 31, 1996. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal

$36,000,000 indefinite quantity contract for x-ray systems, subsystems and

ARMY
Hensel Phelps Construction Company, Greeley, Colorado, was awarded on March
1, 1995, a $16,645,000 firm-fixed price contract for construction of a new
maintenance dock facility, consisting of two maintenance bay areas separated by
a support area. The support area will include electrical, mechanical, plumbing
and communications. Other items of construction will include an addition to
the central heat plant and construction of a pre-engineered metal building for
maintenance equipment. The project also requires removal of existing airfield
pavement and placement of new apron pavement, new concrete convoy roads with
asphalt shoulders and subdrains and associated grading, waste drain, joint
testing and grouting. Work will be performed at Whiteman Air Force Base,
Missouri, and is expected to be completed by August 17, 1996. There were 5
bids solicited on November 15, 1994 and 4 bids received. The contracting

Science Applications International Corporation, Company 1, Research and
Development Division, San Diego, California, c/o Defense Technology Group,
McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a $2,000,000 increment as part of a
$7,591,616 cost plus fixed fee (completion) contract for projectile development
and testing. Work will be performed in Albuquerque, New Mexico (38.5%),
Brooklyn Park, Minnesota (29.1%), Cumberland, Maryland (20.6%), Rocket Center,
West Virginia (9%), and Minneapolis, Minnesota (2.8%), and is expected to be

$6,651,500 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-87-C-2007 for the
Post Shakedown Availability (PSA) of USS Charlotte (SSN 766). Work will be
performed in Newport News, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by
September 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current

and technical services to support submarine combat systems training. Work will

BP Chemicals (HITCO), Inc., Gardena, California, is being awarded a $7,074,556
firm-fixed-price contract for four GRP Booted Domes with attachment rings and
installation for the SSN 688 class submarines. Work will be performed in
Gardena, California, and is expected to be completed by September 1996.

$16,775,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the FY 1995 engineering support to
the PHALANX Close-In Weapon System. The work will be performed in Tucson,

will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract combines
the purchases for the U.S. Navy (83%), Taiwan (4%), Japan (12%), and New

GEC-Marconi Systems Corporation, Wayne, New Jersey, is being awarded a
$25,163,660 firm-fixed-price contract for 24 Joint Tactical Information
Distribution System (JTIDS) Class 2H Terminals applicable to the Navy E-2C
aircraft, 2 JTIDS Class 2 Submarine Terminals for the Navy and 4 JTIDS Modular
Control equipment Terminals for the Air Force. Contract is expected to be
completed September 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. Two bids were solicited and two proposals were received.

Rockwell International Corporation, Collins Avionics and Communications
Division , Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded an $18,847,915 firm-fixed-price
contract for 19 Joint Tactical Information Distribution System (JTIDS) Class 2H
Shipboard Terminals for the Navy; 10 Navy Class 2H Spare Terminal Sets, and 1
Air Force Joint Surveillance and Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) Terminal.
Contract is expected to be completed September 1999. Contract funds will not

contract is in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to the Governments of

Short Wavelength Optical Storage Consortium, Saint Paul, Minnesota, is being
awarded an $11,945,215 cooperative agreement contract for development of
technology needed to produce a 10 gigabyte, 5.25 inch rewritable optical disc
for use in data storage and retrieval systems for airborne and space
applications. The work will be performed at Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing
Company, Saint Paul, Minnesota (70%) and other locations. Contract is expected
to be completed March 1997. Contract funds of $3,072,607 will expire at the

Tracor Aerospace, Incorporated, Austin, Texas, is being awarded a $27,021,046
face value increase to a firm-fixed-price-contract contract for 387 AN/ALE-47
Countermeasures Dispenser Systems in support of the following aircraft: F-16,
F-18, C-5, C-17, C-130, C-141,
E-8C, P-3, VH-3D, VH-60N and MH-60L/K. Contract is expected to be completed
September 1996. Contract funds of $9,985,421 will expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. Approximately 5% of this effort is in support of Foreign
Military Sales (FMS) to Switzerland, Malaysia, Finland and Taiwan. The
