EPA Special Programs
In addtion to the specific OECA programs listed above, EPA uses special hiring authorities to fill gaps in employment such as: Outstanding Scholar Program, Bilingual/Bicultural Hiring Authority, placement employment for persons with disabilities, Special Appointing Authorities for Veterans, Presidential Management Intern Program, and Student Educational Employment Program.
