KIDS on Trails Guides

The KIDS on Trails logo.KIDS on Trails is a series of self-guided tour booklets that acquaint children (ages 5-9) with the Presidio’s great outdoors. The Guides offer kid-friendly activities, tips for adults, and a trail map. The free guides are available in English, Spanish, and Chinese.

School Field Trips

We recommend an adult/child ratio of 1/5. A teacher site visit prior to your field trip is recommended. Presidio naturalist guides are available to lead field trips on a limited basis. Call (415) 561-2703 to schedule your visit and/or to request a Presidio naturalist guide.
