Job Corps Health Support (DOL041RP10002)    pdf format

The Department of Labor, Employment & Training Administration (DOL/ETA), Office of Job Corps is soliciting proposals to select a contractor to provide technical assistance in fulfilling its planning and oversight responsibilities for the Job Corps Health and Wellness program. The contractor will also assist the National Office Staff in developing and articulating a prevention philosophy and case management approach in working with students and manage the Job Corps Health, and Job Corps Career Resource Center (JCCDRC) Web sites.

Job Corps Student and Staff Training Support (DOL041RP00031)    pdf format

Evaluation of the UI Benefits Program (RFP-DCS-04-13)

The U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (ETA), is soliciting proposals for an evaluation of the Unemployment Insurance (UI) regular benefits program. The evaluation is intended to provide detailed, empirical information on the effectiveness and impact of the UI program in light of its goals and underlying premises. The study will identify: changes in the labor market, population and economy pertinent to the UI program; detailed characteristics of who receives and does not receive UI benefits; and the macro- and micro-economic impacts of the program; and its role in preventing dispersal of workers, sacrifice of skills and breakdown in labor standards.
