- Department officials reviewed and approved State Fiscal Stabilization Fund applications for Wisconsin, Florida, Nevada, Georgia, and New York, making an additional $5.7 billion available to states for a total of $13 billion to date for this fund.
- The Department received application and began the review process for Rhode Island and Indiana and continued the review process for Iowa, Idaho, and Puerto Rico.
- The Department revised Interim Recipient Reporting Requirements guidance per department and OMB feedback and submitted for clearance.
- The Department reviewed draft of Notice of Proposed Priorities relating to State Fiscal Stabilization Fund assurance metrics to publish in Federal Register.
- Program and staff offices reviewed draft Agency and Program Performance Plans.

- Review State Fiscal Stabilization Fund applications when received and provide state-specific feedback as appropriate to address outstanding questions and/or issues.
- Conduct initial Office of the Inspector General audits in California, Texas, Illinois, and New York.
- Post and disseminate Interim Recipient Reporting Requirements guidance.
- Finalize draft of the Notice of Proposed Priorities relating to State Fiscal Stabilization Fund assurance metrics to publish in Federal Register.
