Acrobat is free and available directly from Adobe's website with full installation instructions. * You can save these PDF files to your computer's hard drive without opening them. The method for doing this varies, depending on your operating system and browser type. In general, you would first put the mouse cursor over the appropriate link but DO NOT CLICK. Then, in Windows, right-click the mouse button. (On the Macintosh, just hold down the mouse button). From the menu this opens, select "Save target as," "Download link to disk" or another similar command and choose the location on your computer to which you want the file copied.
