Adobe Software ProcurementThe U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) has a Contractual License Program (CLP) agreement with Adobe, Incorporated through July 2009. This agreement is under the Adobe Open Options 4.5 volume licensing Government program. The CLP provides Adobe Software Procurement and Upgrades. The CLP remains in place but the procurement process has permanently changed. There will no longer be an exclusive purchasing arrangement with a single vendor or license center. CLP Tier 2 pricing, our current discount level, is the maximum discount available. Procurement process:In order to obtain the CLP discount, contact one of the authorized Adobe CLP License Centers listed below. Adobe, Incorporated maintains a list of all CLP License Centers. For requirements of $3,000 or less - orders may be placed to any of the listed license centers by using a Government charge (purchase) card. For requirements over $3,000 - orders up to the appropriate Federal Financial System (FFS) ordering limit may be placed by DOI-wide Contracting Officers (COs). The DI-1 requisition requires IT approval. Orders must be competed among the License Centers listed below, in accordance with FAR 8.405-1. As these orders are restricted to the brand name products, the additional procedures of FAR 8.405-6 also apply.
