Abstract: The EPA is providing the attached State plan status tables that were referred to in the proposed municipal solid waste (MSW) landfill federal plan (December 12, 1998). The tables show which States, localities, and territories have submitted negative declarations or State plans to EPA to cover existing MSW landfills. They also show which States, localities, and territories are expected to submit State plans and when they will submit plans as well as those expected to be covered by the federal plan.
