There are several environmental crimes task forces in operation throughout the Pacific Southwest (EPA Region 9). Region 9's Criminal Investigation Division (CID) has Offices in San Francisco, which covers northern and central California, Nevada, Hawaii, and the Pacific Trust Territories, and Los Angeles, which covers southern California and Arizona. There are also satellite offices located in Sacramento, CA; Honolulu, HI; San Diego, CA; and Phoenix, AZ. Please call one of these CID offices to report a crime or to discuss whether or not a particular situation could be a crime.
