Visits to the Saxton House and the Education and Research Center are by paid guided tour only. Reservations are highly recommended due to limits on tour size. Reservations are required for groups of 6 or more.

Seniors: $6.00
Children under age 18: $5.00
The America the Beautiful-The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass Holders: $2.00 off regular admission

Elizabeth Monroe was a British subject and daughter of a British army officer? Her father, Lawrence Korthright, was an army captain during the American Revolution and remained loyal to the King. He was a wealthy Tory merchant who saw most of his fortune confiscated during the Revolution.
