This web-site is available to all IHS employees. It presents HPAA training that includes text, video
presentations with captions, and a quiz.
The site includes a registration form that records the user's profile. Users may interrupt their
training and pick up at the page where they left off in a previous session. Users may review material
at any time, but must take the training in a sequential order. There is a quiz presented after the
training. Immediate feedback is given per question and links are provided back to the place in the
training where the correct information was presented. Once the user has completed training and the
quiz, they receive a certificate. Reports of completed user training are available for a restricted
audience of HIPAA Managers. The training is to be taken annually.
