Call Center Hours:

The call center, available at (817) 334-5215, operates Monday through
Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (CST). This center assists GSA and
non-GSA personnel with ordering publications, updating contact
information and providing shipment status.

Order-to-Shipment Time:
|
|
Standard lead-time, from order to shipment from the warehouse, is
48 hours.

Shipping:
|
|
Most publications are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (priority
mail). Delivery time within the continental United States is three
to five days. Upon request, CMLS will expedite shipments, which
will be sent using the requestor's Federal Express account number.

Walk-in Orders:
|
|
Publications may be picked up directly from the warehouse. Customers
wishing to do this should first report to the warehouse office to obtain
the necessary paperwork.

To update address information:
|
Log in to CMLS by entering your e-mail address and password. If you
have forgotten your password, please click on the "I have
registered with CMLS already but cannot remember my password.
Please e-mail me my password." link.
- Click on "My Account" link
- Click on "Update Contact Information"
- Correct information as necessary
- Click on "Update button

If you encounter problems or cannot retrieve your record on the CMLS
web site, please contact CMLS at cmls@gsa.gov or (817) 334-5215.
If you have received a publication in error and/or would like to be
removed from future mailings, please contact CMLS and, if applicable,
have a copy of the publication available. If you would like to return the
publication to CMLS, please ship to the address below.
