The Program Administration Manual (PAM) is the compilation for all NASAR programs
and procedures in one place for your reference.
All chapters will be effective July 1, 2008.� Please begin using the forms provided
in the PAM by July 1, 2008.
This is a living document and will be updated as needed.� When updates are made
they will be noted after each chapter with a new effective date.� As Chapters
3 and 4 are updated, all Instructors, Evaluators and Lead Evaluators will receive
notification via email.�
