If you are a customer of ATF, including firearms and explosives licensing, alcohol and tobacco permits, tax processing, NFA applications, firearm importation applications, or alcohol labeling and formula submissions, then you should know that we are dedicated to improving service at all of the ATF service facilities. If you have tried all the usual channels and are still not satisfied, you may seek resolution to your service-related problems by filing a feedback form. Even if your particular situation has already been resolved, we would still like your comments so we know where to focus our service improvement efforts. We promise to do our best to resolve every customer service problem.
Please remember that there are certain restrictions imposed by federal law, regulation or policy that customer service representatives can not change. We would also like to hear your compliments and suggestions. No one knows better how to improve service than the recipient of that service!
