Open to artists ages 16-25 living in the United States who have a physical, cognitive, mental or sensory disability. Deadline for entries: June 19, 2009.

National Council on Disability (NCD) Upcoming Quarterly Meetings

NCD's Summer 2009 Quarterly Meeting will take place July 20-22 in Minneapolis, MN. The Fall 2009 meeting will take place October 26-28 in Nashville, TN. These meetings are open to the public and free of charge. People with disabilities are encouraged to attend and participate in the daily public comment segments of the meetings.

2009 Southwest Conference on Disability

Disability in America: Inalienable Rights for All conference to be held September 30-October 2, 2009 in Albuquerque, NM. To address the long-term challenges faced by Wounded Warriors and how to improve quality of life of people with disabilities through evaluating disability programs, policies and services.
